Finally the foggy weather lifted and allowed for the crowning of the World Rookie Tour champions in Ischgl, Austria. Isak Ulstein and Kokomo Murase rode their way to the top spots with some exceptional runs.

Ruling Rookies - Isak Ulstein topped the rankings for the guys, with Brock Crouch and Lyon Farrell landing 2nd and 3rd.

Silvia Mittermüller (GER) and Jamie Nicholls (GBR) have claimed historic victories at this winter's last slopestyle World Cup contest - the Audi Snowjam. Spindleruv Mlyn resort hosted the season's finale for the second consecutive time in a row.

In a spectacular display of world class snowboarding the Big Air World Champions were crowned today at the Corona World Championships of Snowboarding in Yabuli, China. Peetu Piiroinen (FIN) and Jamie Anderson (USA) are the new TTR and WSF Big Air World Champions.

The Trentino Rookie Fest fifth edition kicked off with a fantastic competition day with 62 young snowboarders who showed their best side. Friday morning sunshine and blue bird welcomed the young guns on the Monte Bondone Resort, above Trento.

The experience of riding down the mountain will change dramatically in 2015/16. RideOn, a startup based in Tel Aviv, recently unveiled their prototype of ski goggles of the same name that incorporate augmented reality (AR) features for the first time ever. RideOn’s see­through display (think Google Glass) projects AR layers and features as if they’re floating in the distance in front of you.
