A free event that will take place at Scarbrough Beach. The festival will also include live bands and dj, food drinks and merch stalls, tarp surfing (bring your skateboard), surf artwork, mechanical surfboard, surf water slide, beach dodgeball and treasure hunt and loads of prizes and giveaways.
