The 2021 Southern Surf Festival is a two day celebration of South Australian surfing and surf competition.

Event guide:

Held at Middleton Point on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. The festival will feature over 200 competitors having fun competing in a range of events including shortboard, longboard and kneeboard surfing along with an inter club and fun twin-fin and single-fin event. There will be music, kids entertainment, food trucks, local wine, beer and much more. Supported by Alexandrina Council, the event attracts of visitors from all over the state to the famed South Coast surf Mecca.
The two days will be a true celebration of surfing in South Australia, incorporating all aspects of our unique and inclusive surf culture. From board swaps to surf art to food vendors, the family friendly festival will have something for everybody, no matter how actively involved in the sport you are. For those wanting to give surfing a go for the first time, a range of surf schools will be operating on the Sunday.
