What's the new Jandri lift like in Les 2 Alpes We went to Les 2 Alpes to see the brand new Jandri ski lift opening. The *Jandri 3S lift* at *Les 2 Alpes**, France, is a major upgrade to the resort's lift infrastructure, set to enhance the overall ski experience for visitors. Opened for the **2024/25 season**, this state-of-the-art lift replaces the previous Jandri Express, which had been in operation since 1985. The new lift is a **3-cable lift* featuring two support cables and one haul cable, which ensures improved stability and resistance to high winds, making it more reliable in varying weather conditions. The lift's modern design features spacious cabins, significantly increasing capacity and reducing wait times, ensuring smoother and quicker access to the resort's high-altitude terrain. It provides direct access to the **Jandri Glacier**, which sits at over 3,200 meters, giving skiers and snowboarders access to some of the resort’s most exciting slopes, including glacier skiing that extends well into the spring. One of the key benefits of the Jandri 3S lift is that it improves connectivity between Les 2 Alpes' valley and its glacier, enabling skiers of all abilities to enjoy a smoother, more enjoyable experience while exploring the resort's diverse terrain. Additionally, the lift's impressive design and technology offer breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding *Ecrins Massif* and *Oisans* mountains, further enhancing the resort's appeal. This new lift further cements Les 2 Alpes’ position as a top destination in the French Alps for skiers and snowboarders alike.
