Spot guide: Situated on the 10.35-acre site of the former Virginia Beach Dome, the park will feature a compact 2.67-acre (approximately 10,800 m²) Wavegarden Cove (46 modules) surrounded by a live entertainment venue, contemporary office spaces, residential units, and a curated mix of shops and restaurants, establishing an exciting year-round destination in the heart of Virginia Beach.
