Boardmasters Open 2024 | Day One Highlights The first day of the Boardmasters Open saw a long day of surfing down at Fistral beach with strong conditions with a solid 4-6 foot swell. We kicked things off with the Men's BYD Pro with great performances from the British contingency with 8 British surfers progressing including Lukas Skinner and Patrick Langdon-Dark. With the best conditions of the day, the Women's BYD Pro followed with the pushing tide and lovely 4 foot glassy waves. Standards were high making full use of the conditions with Tya Zebrowski (current under 16 European Champion) taking the highest score of the day. Day 2 of the Boardmasters Open is ON. The first Wild West Jerky Longboard Pro surfers in the water.
