Filipe Toledo (BRA) and Silvana Lima (BRA) have claimed victory today at the Hurley Pro and Swatch Pro at Trestles in three-to-four foot (1 - 1.2 metre) waves at the famed cobblestone break of Lower Trestles.

Brazil's Silvana Lima and Filipe Toledo have won the 2017 Swatch Pro and Hurley Pro at Lower Trestles, San Clemente, California, USA, on September 15.

Indonesian prodigy Rio Waida (IDN) has taken out the 2017 Hello Pacitan Pro World Surf League (WSL) Qualifying Series (QS) 1,000 event in pumping waves at Watu Karung in East Java. In it’s first year as a WSL event, Watu Karung didn’t disappoint with intense barreling 3-to-6 foot waves on offer throughout the competition window.

Julian Wilson (AUS) claimed victory today at the Billabong Pro Tahiti, Stop No. 7 of 11 on the 2017 World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour (CT), after defeating Gabriel Medina (BRA) in the Final. A full day of competition witnessed intense action from the remaining competitors as they battled through 15 heats in six-to-seven foot (1.8 - 2 metre) surf at Teahupo’o.

Julian Wilson of Australia (pictured), claimed his first event victory of the year at the Billabong Pro Tahiti by defeating Gabriel Medina of Brazil in the final at Teahupo’o, Tahiti, French Polynesia, on Sunday August 13, 2017. The result moves Wilson into No.5 position on the Jeep Leaderboard going into the next event.

Sage Erickson (USA) and Kanoa Igarashi (USA) claimed victory today at the Vans US Open of Surfing in two-to-four foot (0.5 - 1 metre) waves on the southside of the Huntington Beach Pier. A capacity crowd witnessed Erickson clinch the win at Stop No. 6 of 10 on the World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour (CT) and Igarashi take out the Men’s Qualifying Series (QS) 10,000 event.

After four of the most incredible days of competition this year, the Corona Open J-Bay came to a remarkable conclusion in pumping surf at Supertubes on Thursday, with Filipe Toledo taking the win in firing, eight-foot rights. This 2017 edition of this classic event, with all the drama, upsets and unbelievable performances, will undoubtedly lock it into the history books as one of the best J-Bay has ever seen.
