From 24 to 27 March 2022, the FIS Freeski & Snowboard World Cup Corvatsch will take place in Silvaplana. It is the 9th edition of a Slopestyle World Cup for freeskiers in Corvatsch Park where world-class snowboarders have been competing since 2021.

One of the most highly-anticipated events of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games is set to hit the Genting Snow Park this week, with Olympic halfpipe competitions slated to drop in beginning on Wednesday with women’s and men’s qualifications (women at 9:30 local time, men at 12:30), followed by women’s finals on Thursday beginning at 9:30, and men’s finals on Friday, also starting at 9:30.

Snowboard competition at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games opened in spectacular fashion on Sunday afternoon at Genting Snow Park, where New Zealand’s Zoi Sadowski-Synnott put down perhaps the most epic run ever seen in women’s competition to take slopestyle gold and make history for her nation.

The Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games are set to start this week, with the Opening Ceremony taking to Beijing’s National Stadium - aka “The Bird’s Nest) - on Friday, February 4th, with the first snowboard action coming in the form of women’s slopestyle qualifications the very next day.
