The SurfAid Cup is the signature fundraiser for SurfAid globally. The first competition was held in 2011 and has grown to include two events in Australia and four in the US.

Event guide:

SurfAid will join Big Stick Surfing Association (BSSA) for the 5th Annual SurfAid Cup Santa Cruz. Held in partnership with the Logjam! Classic at Pleasure Point. The event is open to surfers of all ages and abilities and is a tag-team format. Each team of four raises funds for SurfAid and the team’s fifth member is a pro or local ripper provided by SurfAid. Previous pros include big wave riders, Shawn Dollar and Tyler Fox, hometown shredders Robert “Wingnut” Weaver and Nat Young, along with two-time ASP World Longboarding Champ Joel Tudor to name a few. Don’t let the talent scare you – the competition is open to all ages and abilities.
