The Massachusetts Series has changed its name to the Southern New England Series for the 2019 / 2020 season.

John has been involved in snowboarding for 29 years, having worked previously as both Series Director, coach and official. John founded the Massachusetts Series in 2003, as a 501(c)(3) entity, to promote the sports of snowboarding and free skiing in the region and has also been a USASA National Championships official since 2014.

The Southern New England Series, continues to provide snowboarders and free skiers with fun, competitive events for all ages. We strive to support inspiring athletes to help build a solid foundation as they grow in maturity and confidence as individuals and competitors. RideMass works with our host mountains to run competitions in Slopestyle, Boardercross/Skiercross and Rail Jam in Massachusetts and Connecticut. We support our member athletes as they seek growth opportunities in snowboarding and free skiing in regional, national and international competition.
