Co-Director - Scott Sawyer – Scott discovered snow sports in 2006 by strapping on a snowboard at the age of 32 and now at 40+ has competed in three USASA Nationals. In his professional career Scott works for Dell Computer. While competing, training and working he finds time to volunteer on three boards of director, teach at a local community college and generally keeps busy.

Co-Director Josh Nelson – Josh has been a snowboarder for 24 years. Over the last three years he has been responsible for designing, setting, and operating many of the snowboard races. In addition, he has been a snowboard coach for 5 years. When not on the mountain he can be found canyoneering and running the local rivers or working ski patrol at Arizona Snowbowl. Josh is a TS for the series, become a head judge and coach.

Co-Director Lynda Fleischer – Lynda has over 23 years of snow event marketing, operation and professional event planning. In addition, she is a part time ski instructor, owns a restaurant with her husband, and has called Flagstaff home for over 30 years. Her passion is supporting and helping youth safely grow and expand their skills and abilities to their limits.
