FFF20 Official Trailer Freeride Film Festival 2020: shred @ home, film @ home This is the first year that we will have our movies fully in english or at least with engl. subtitles, so english speaking visitors in austria, germany, switzerland and northern italy can attend our screenings and fully understand the movies. 2020 is an unusual year for all of us. The Freeride Film Festival is responding to this with a very special program: the selection of films is more international than ever before - and yet it is mainly dedicated to the beauty on your own doorstep. The 11th Freeride Film Festival starts on November 7th, 2020 in Andermatt and continues until the end of November through Austria, Germany, Switzerland and - for the first time in our history - to Italy. We will announce the exact venues in the coming days, ticket sales will start on October 1st. After long, intensive deliberations, the jury decided on a selection of five films that reflect a wide range, from stylish ambience and atmosphere films to the psychological hardcore stress in the mountains at the beginning of the corona lockdown to slapstick and a full solo project. But the productions from Austria, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland have one thing in common: They forego big trips into the big wide world, but look for the beautiful in their own backyard - according to the motto shred @ home, film @ home.
