TJ Rogers | Red Bull SŌLUS 2021 Entry Red Bull SŌLUS is BACK and BETTER than ever! Ryan Sheckler has once again opened the doors to his skatepark and invited 17 of the world’s most well-rounded skateboarders to battle it out in year two of Red Bull SŌLUS. Each skater has one hour to put together their best line at The Sandlot; no crowd, no other skaters, no distractions - just an internal battle to get the best line possible. Pop and power are what TJ Rogers’ skateboarding is all about. He’s got the skill and drive to win any contest he enters and that’s what he’s showing up to do—win. Expect a blitz of tricks that will leave your jaw dropped. TJ skates for Blind, Red Bull, éS Footwear, Bones Wheels, OC Ramps, Jessup, Bones Swiss, Diamond Hardware, Boards For Bros, and Tech Deck. Our judges, Vanessa Torres, Mike Sinclair, and Jason Rothmeyer, will evaluate each video based on style, progression and creativity. Winner will be announced October 17th.Following the judges announcement, you will have a chance to vote on your favorite video part and the fan favorite will be announced on October 20th. Setups: Jake Ilardi’s Bones Wheels, Thunder Trucks + Blind Skateboard Jake Ilardi has come a long way since first stepping foot at Dew Tour in 2019 in Long Beach, California. From that time, Jake has gone pro for Blind Skateboards, earned his way onto the 2021 USA National Skateboard Team, and qualified to compete at skateboarding’s inaugural debut at the Tokyo Summer Games. Just before taking the flight to Japan for The Big Games, we sat down with the Floridian to get a closer look at his skateboard gear.
