The 360 flip or tre flip is one of the most popular tricks in skateboarding. It's pretty hard to land them consistently, but don't give up and you'll get there.

The varial kickflip is a combination of a kickflip and a shove-it. Some people find them easier than normal kickflips, but it's still best to learn normal kickflips first. 1)Start riding at medium speed with your back foot on the toeside of the tail and your front foot on the heelside near the front bolts. 2)Crouch down and get ready to pop the board. Keep your shoulders in line with the board. 3)Pop the board with your back foot. You only need to shove a little, the board will already make the shove-it rotation from popping on the toeside of the tail. Jump high enough to give the board some room. 4)Tap the heelside of the board with your front foot to make the board flip. 5)Try to catch the board in the air with both your feet and land with your feet on the bolts. 6)*optional* Crouch when you land to absorb the impact when you do this on gaps or over them...

This grind can be tricky to lock into, however if done right this is a very beautiful grind to watch. You will see this trick in a lot of video parts as it is a common trick The basics for the trick are the back trucks lock onto the rail/hubba/ledge eg..and the front trucks hang over the far side of the rail, Josh Nelson was the inventor of this grind back in 1986 at the Del Mar skate ranch in Del Mar, California
