The upcoming season 2016/17 has a wide range of shred possibilities in store for all snowboarders: More than 20 freshly polished rails, boxes and jibs are waiting to be built into the snow by our shape crew. Similar to last season, the guys will be led by renowned park designer Daniel Hruby. Together they will use all their know-how to shape the South Tyrolean snow into breathtaking jumps which will ensure just the right dose of adrenaline rushing through the riders’ veins. 44 is this year’s lucky number for all shred heads, because that’s the amount of obstacles that will eventually fill up the park.

To be more precise, there will be a beginner area for all youngsters and rookie riders in which a vast variety of butter boxes forms a solid basis for the first slides. Several small kicker jumps with table lengths of up to 4 meters will give all riders the opportunity to experience what a little airtime feels like. The medium area of the Snowpark Alta Badia offers 20 exciting jibs, such as the wallride spine, rainbow rail or coping tube. In order to find out which line feels best, all riders are well advised to plan ahead, because the sheer amount of all these jib features makes it easy to lose track of time, especially as they can be combined to your heart’s content all day long.

The advanced line will mainly stand out from the rest of the park due to its fantastic kicker line. Ranging from 8 to 12 meters in table length, the kickers along with the 10m corner will send all advanced riders up high, giving them enough airtime to face the next challenges on their personal trick lists.

The Snowpark Alta Badia is ready for more sunny rides in the heart of the Dolomites.
