<div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Finest contest action on the new Advanced Line</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">This bluebird contest day made its way right into the storybooks of the QParks Tour. A massive number of riders, a super high level and of course a badass park made sure that the <strong>4th QParks Tour Stop 2019</strong> is going to be remembered as a season highlight. Right at the beginning, the following question was raised: Will the new Advanced Area of <em><strong><a href="https://www.boardriding.com/Spots/snowpark-kitzbuhel" target="_blank">Snowpark Kitzbühel</a></strong></em> deliver on its promise? And yes, it absolutely did! The <strong>perfectly shaped contest setup</strong> consisted of five different jumps with consequently massive airtime opportunities. So, it was a perfect playground for all the riders on-site who got to show their skills and craziest tricks. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Sick tricks and heavy spinning</strong></div><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><div style="text-align: justify;"><em><strong><a href="https://www.boardriding.com/Riders/fynn-koenen" target="_blank">Fynn Koenen (DEU)</a></strong></em> impressed the judges the most and dominated the Snowboard contest not only in the qualification runs, but also in the finals. It was no big surprise that his rad <strong>FS 1080 </strong>made him win the Best Trick Award. “I’m super stoked! At the <strong><em><a href="https://www.boardriding.com/Events/battle-rojal-snowpark-schoneben-2019" target="_blank">Battle ROJal</a></em></strong> things didn’t work out. So, I’m even happier that the contest in Kitzbühel went really well!” <strong>Angelo Gastl (AUT)</strong> came second and <strong>Felix Widnig (AUT) </strong>finished third. <strong><em><a href="https://www.boardriding.com/Riders/hayden-havery-smith" target="_blank">Hayden Harvey-Smith</a></em> (GBR)</strong> took home the win in the Groms category, followed by the Icelandic <strong>Benedikt Fridbjornsson (ISL)</strong> and <strong>Sayan Chumnasiao (AUT)</strong>. <strong><em><a href="https://www.boardriding.com/Riders/cerys-allen" target="_blank">Allen Cerys</a></em> (GBR) </strong>won the Women’s contest in front of <strong>Anna Plewa (DEU)</strong> and <strong>Barbara Mayer (AUT) </strong>and the girls showed once more that they can rock the Hanglalm as well.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Prizes, goodies and points</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">The winners of the <em><strong><a href="https://www.boardriding.com/Events/sick-trick-tour-open-kitzbuhel-2019" target="_blank">Sick Trick Tour Open Kitzbühel 2019</a></strong></em> definitely gained some fame and fist bumps for the tricks they stomped. But they were also happy about the fine goodies and cash. Altogether, the riders won <strong>€2400 cash</strong>. <strong>Pinetime, Amplifi, QParks, Blue Tomato, LibTech, Kitz Ski, Kitzbühel, Snowpark Kitzbühel, Element 3, Kitzbüheler Anzeiger, Heineken</strong> and <strong>Kitzbüheler Skiclub</strong> sponsored rad goodies on top. That’s not all, the freestylers also raised their count in the <strong>QParks Tour overall ranking</strong> in order to getting invited to the grand tour final. All snowboarders were again able to collect points for the <strong>World Snowboard Points List</strong>, the <strong>World Rookie Rank </strong>and the <strong>Snowboard Austria Cup Tour</strong>.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mission accomplished – Big success all the way</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">There’s no doubt that the Sick Trick Tour Open were a<strong> huge success in all kinds of aspects</strong>. After all, the – not so secret, yet bullet-proof – ingredients for a rad contest are a banger setup, motivated riders and bluebird skies. We can tick off all three points or in other words: Mission accomplished!</div>
