Included in the FISE in 2019, the Breaking will bring together in Montpellier the most talented B-girls and B-boys of their generation on a WDSF Breaking for Gold World Series stage. A first-class competition that will give an overview of the medal hopes a year before Paris 2024.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">There's more... The FISE 2023 will host the 2nd 2023 UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup stage of the season. Another crucial competition since the points aggregated on this event will count for the qualification to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games (2nd Olympiad for the discipline).</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">4 other major international sporting events will be held in Montpellier this year: a stage of the UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup Flatland format, a stage of the WS Freestyle Roller World Cup and 2 stages of the FIG Parkour World Cup (Freestyle and Speed Run). That's 6 World Cup stages (or equivalent) in 4 different sports, proving the legitimacy of FISE to the different international sports federations.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Also planned are various contests in BMX Street, Skateboard Street and Scooter Freestyle Park, as well as spectacular night shows on the impressive Spine Ramp located in front of the Town Hall, in BMX, Roller and Scooter.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">As FISE is a showcase for all urban sports, the Bike Life, the cycling phenomenon that consists of riding on the back wheel, will be present during the festival. Stability, control and speed will be key!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>URBAN SPORTS SUMMIT: SHAPING THE FUTURE OF URBAN SPORTS - MAY 17-19, 2023 </strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Building on the success of its first editions in 2019 in Montpellier and Chengdu, the Urban Sport Summit organized by FISE, will once again bring together international urban sports experts and key decision-makers in sport business for three days of conferences and workshops to learn & share into the scope of urban sports.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">BMX Freestyle Park, Skateboarding and Breaking disciplines are already developing for Paris 2024 and bringing a whole ecosystem with them. The group is working to limit the impact of transport during the event and is setting up waste sorting and recycling. In order to promote reparability, reuse and recycling of sports equipment and everyday items, FISE Montpellier relies on associations and private and public actors to set up a circular economy.
