EVENT PREVIEW: Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY 2023/2024 - Stop 2

Countdown for the 2nd Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY tour stop at Zillertal Arena The 2nd Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY Tourstop hosted by Blue Tomato is scheduled for 20th and 21st of January 2024 at the Actionpark Kreuzwiese in the Zillertal Arena in Zell am Ziller. With its unique combination of internationally recognised snowboard competitions and cool side events, the VÄLLEY RÄLLEY has established itself over the last decade as the most important tour for up-and-coming snowboarders from all over Europe. The Uniqueparks team and park designer Manfred Brandacher have done a great job and built up a versatile setup at the Actionpark Kreuzwiese of Zillertal Arena. The park is already open for training and freestyle enthusiasts can improve their tricks at the weekly freebie coaching sessions with the Ästhetiker Shred School coaches every Tuesday from 11.00 am. On the 20th and 21st of January, the Actionpark Kreuzwiese will be the venue for the 2nd Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY Tourstop 2023/2024. The organisers of the snowboard club "die Ästhetiker" will announce on Thursday before the event on which day the competition and when the free coaching and sessions will take place. It's worth to sign up for the contest. The day's winners of all 8 categories can look forward to medals, prize money and non-cash prizes, while the best trick of the day will be honoured by Horsefeathers with an additional award.

New this winter are the Social Media Awards, where participants can present their best videos and win additional prizes and plenty of fame and honour.

With the second out of four contest results, the cards will be reshuffled in the Zillertal Arena. Competing snowboarders will receive new points in the overall ranking. The overall tour winners will be crowned the new Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY royal family after the fourth and final tour stop in April on the Hintertux Glacier. Participation also earns points on the international World Snowboard Point List (WSPL) and the tour stop is a recognised ASA (Austrian Snowboard Association) Austria Cup.
