Maybe you watch all your favourite pros and wanna aim for the top too? Well, hard work and effort can pay off… But first you gotta get yourself sorted with an inventory of sick tricks. Then (with oodles of luck), video parts, sponsorship and eventually top level pro status might well be obtainable. But it might not :-) Thing is, these days you gotta be extraordinary… Our advice is to love it, live it and have fun! Life will deal you the breaks if you’re good enough.

Take awesome pics of your best achievements and create a fab ‘sponsor me’ vid to showcase all your tricktastic talent. Get inspired by the top pro guys here. Start with something attention grabbing... don’t include the boring easy stuff – it’s great you can do a perfect front 360, but the people watching will have seen a bazillion of them already... then place a real banger at the end. Make events part of your season. Watching the pros (and your peers) and will remind you how awesome you’ve got to be. Entering local comps in your area will allow you to push yourself and gain essential experience. You’ve probably noticed our events tile rolling through what’s up and coming… If not, investigate!
If you’re serious, it’s unwise to be a douche bag. More into smokin’, boozin’ & cruisin? Then you’d better be ready for losin’. Sponsors want sound representation and won’t wont the bother of negative attention. Keep a beady eye on the top pros and you’ll likely be heading straight. Keep up with all their antics in our riders and media sections.
And, if you totally rock, but aren’t lucky enough to reach those top levels then fear not… Sponsorship and becoming pro isn’t everything. There are still other ways of living and breathing the snowboarding phenomenon. Ever thought about becoming an instructor?
